This registration form is for participants only (not for guests).
The invoice for this registration can be paid by the organization that employs the participant.
The information you provide during the registration will appear on the invoice. So, be careful, and put correct information. If you need a project number or any other reference to be visible on the invoice, you can add it to the address field.
If you are a paying individual EATEL member, please, used the email address registered in your membership.
If you work or study at an organization that is an institutional EATEL member, please, used the email address that belongs to this organization (your work email).
If you plan to bring with you a +1 guest and/or children, please, select the "Single occupancy" option for each day of your stay. The "Double occupancy guest" rate in the PRIVATE STAY AND GUESTS registration form will cover only the additional charge to your "Single occupancy" rate.
