If you are a paying EATEL member (or your organization is an institutional member of EATEL), please, log in to your EATEL account before starting the registration to be able to get a member discount.

If you are a paying individual EATEL member, please, used the email address registered in your membership.
The invoice for this registration can be paid by the organization that employs the participant.
The information you provide in your member profile will appear on the invoice (organization name, organization address, any other references).
If you work or study at an organization that is an institutional EATEL member, please, used the email address that belongs to this organization (your work email).
If you plan to bring with you a +1 guest and/or children, please, select the "Single occupancy" option for each day of your stay. The "Double occupancy guest" rate in the PRIVATE STAY AND GUESTS registration form will cover only the additional charge to your "Single occupancy" rate.
EATEL is a non-profit association in the sense of §52 I of the German Fiscal Code.
