Important dates
- Early-bird deadline is April 7.
- Registration deadline is April 23.
- Payment deadline (if you choose “invoice” option) is April 30.
Arrival
Please, remember that the arrival day is Saturday June 1. On Sunday June 2 early morning, we are leaving for a full-day social event.
Departure
The departure day is Saturday June 8. If you purchase a package, the accommodation from June 1 to 8 is included.
For those who wish to attend the full event (strongly recommended):
Please, purchase either a PhD-student or Instructor package.The only difference between the packages is the type of accommodation (living alone in a room vs. sharing a room with another PhD student of the same gender). We ask PhD students to choose PhD-student package, as we have a limited number of rooms available in the Hotel.
For those who wish to attend only a part of the event:
We have options for you to attend any one, two, three, four or five days. If you wish to attend six days, it will cost the same as a 7-days package, so we do not have an option to purchase six-days participation. We will ask for your check in and check out info and arrange the accommodation with the hotel. Daily participation assumes "instructor" type of accommodation (one person in one room). Please, also note that the excursions and the Gala dinner are not included in the daily prices. You will be able to purchase the tickets on site. For example, if you attend from June 1 to June 3, you can purchase the Sunday excursion ticket, but you will not make it to the Wednesday excursion and Gala dinner, so you will not need the ticket.
For those who wish to bring a +1 (spouse or partner) who is also an active participant of the event:
If you wish to attend the entire event, please both purchase PhD-student packages, and we can check you in the same hotel room.
If you with to attend only a part of the event, one of you can use the Daily participation option, and register the +1 person as a guest (one registration for two people).
For those who wish to bring a +1 (spouse or partner) who is NOT an active participant of the event:
If you wish to attend the full event, please, use Instructor package even if you are a PhD student. And add your +1 as a guest to your registration.
If you wish to attend a part of the event, please, use the corresponding daily offer and add your as a guest to your registration.
It is not possible to add a +1 guest to a PhD student package.
